The Chef and owner of La Table à Mo, Moreno Tomei, came into the world in the far north of Quebec, in Schefferville. A proud descendant of an Italian dad and a Gaspesian mum, Moreno knew very early on that cooking would be his passion. He also represented Canada in some culinary competitions, in Belgium and Germany in the nineties .
